[Reg 14 -> 15] After interactive rebase, the abort/continue/skip rebase actions are enabled

• trigger an interactive rebase and finish it by changing nothing
• after that the Tools > Git > Local Repository > Abort/Continue/Skip Rebase actions are enabled, and the "Rebase Interactively" one is still disabled

The rebase is finished, so the state of the actions should reflect that.

After switching away from the Qt Creator application and back, the actions are updated.
