Since the 14.0.2 update, mouse scroll events are sometimes skipped.

I first noticed it in the code editor, but it seems to also happens in all other scrollable areas.

I can reproduce it with other mouses, but couldn't reproduce it with trackpad scrolling.

I installed QtCreator 14.0.1 on the side, and it works fine on the same exact environment, so it really looks like a bug from the 14.0.2.

You can see that on the 14.0.2 scrolling sometimes freeze in the middle of a wheel movement. Several consecutive mouse sroll events are ignored. On the video it's quite short freezes but it can sometimes block wheel events during more than a second, mouse move events are still processed during that time, so the event loop is not frozen.
