    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Install Creator 15.0.0-beta1 from the online installer tool: ./MaintenanceTool.exe --staging-commercial
      2. Launch Creator
      3. Select 'Create Project...'

      Result:
      Application (Qt), Non-Qt Project and Test Project project categories are missing.
