Broken help link in "UI Tour"

      1. From the menu, select "Help" -> "UI Tour".
      2. Proceed to the last page of the tour.
      3. Click on the link "User Interface".
        The tour closes and nothing else happens.

      I expected that this would open a page from the documentation.
