Should not possible to select kit with Qt < 6.5 when selecting the >= 6.5 option in wizards

    Description

      When I choose the CMake for Qt >= 6.5 version for application or console wizard, and have Qt < 6.5 installed, these kits should be disabled in the kit selection page of the wizard.
