Multiple time the same file in projects

      Steps to reproduce :

      > Open DuplicateFileWhenMultipleQmlProject.qmlproject

      > Check in project, you will find multiple times App.qml and all others files

      It's due to the fact we have multiple qmlproject files in the folder.

      Issue not reproduced in Qt Design Studio and older Qt Creator Version than version 14
