Hello,
The story:
I have installed Qt Creator on another PC with Polish language, locales etc...
Qt Creator default language setting is system based, so Qt Creator was in Polish.
I didn't understand anything 
So I switched to English and realised that Debug options (left down corner - the monitor icon) remain in Polish.
These remains after Qt reset (to let changes take effect), and even manual reset afterwards.
The only way to have Debug settings in matching settings language is to disable and switch to another kit, then you can go back.

Steps to reproduce:
0. Have Qt Creator in language x (Polish in my case)
1. Load any project (in my case it was Qt Quick)
2. Change language to y (English)
3. Confirm you want to reset Qt Creator to change take effect
4. Observe that Qt Creator restarts, language is changed but Debug options remain in previously selected language
