"Use tooltips in main editor when debugging" on by default

    Description

      The setting tooltip claims that it is off by default due to performance issues. Anyhow, it seems active even when starting Qt Creator with -tcs:

      So either the tooltip should be fixed, or the setting be indeed off by default.
