Cannot run Android app on device while another app is running at the same time

      Qt Creator 14.0.2

      Device: Pixel 5 Android 13.0

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run any Qt project on an Android device (I used quickcontrols gallery)
      2. Once it runs, run it again or use another project to run it.

      Expected: The app runs on device.

      Actual: The app is immediately killed. See the attached video. I'm not able to reproduce it running Android apps on macOS.

      Reproducibility:  100%
