Build-specific environment variables are not available anymore in deploy steps

    Description

      E.g. the buildDir variable in a custom process step, when used in a deploy configuration. Note that %{buildDir} is the default working directory for such a step.

      This broke in commit 9b6bbc181b2e41e75fa0833ee48fb3696cec653d.
