[Regression 13->14] Color scheme is not applied to comments on applying

      Modify color scheme and assign a different color to comment, apply that new scheme, but highlighting is not updated automatically unless you modify the existing comment. Newly input comments after new color scheme being applied is in new color though. But back in QtC13, even existing comments should be updated too.
