Translations of Qt Creator documentation

Documentation for Q Creator is currently mostly available in English (there are some versions translated by the community, but they are probably not up to date). However, we have lots of users who who don't read English fluently, and who would benefit from a localized version of the documentation.

Qt documentation is now automatically translated into several languages, so it would be nice to use the same tools to also translate the Qt Creator documentation.
