Android kits not visible for configuration.

      Way to reproduce:

      1. Install Qt 6.9.0 Beta 1 (Tested by installing all components and just Android selected)
      2. Open Qt Creator
      3. Select an example project -> Configure project view appears

      No Qt 6.9.0 kits appear on the list.
