Can't debug Android builds

    Description

      1. Apps works 1000 times slower under debugger.
      2. Not the each app start attempt under the debugger succeeds. Sometimes it just stuck and can't start (there are tons of "I System.out: waiting for debugger to settle..." messages).
      3. Can't hit any breakpoints.
