Unexpected license check dialog actions

It is unexpected that "close" button in these dialogs closes the entire application instead of the dialog. It should either only close the dialog or clearly state that it closes the application.
It should at least provide "retry" and "ignore", licence was already fetched at the Creators startup.

These dialogs seem to trigger Creator to save all of the not-yet-saved changes in the opened files, however doesn't seem to preserve changes in the current Session.
