The two documentation pages for the Coco plugin need to be connected

With the new release, the Coco plugin got some new functionality. Currently the documentation for the plugin is in two separate pages:

• One for the old functionality, viewing of code coverage inside Qt Creator, and
• one for Coco configuration.

The two pages should be connected in some way, so that the user can see that they belong to the same plugin: either by some form of linking or maybe by putting the information on a single web page.
