bad suggestion on docs

      suggests that for QtCore android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is needed. This used to be the case, but I can't find any suggestion anymore for that, maybe that was only needed for Ministro. I don't know.

      Please remove the suggestion to require the WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission, it is seen by Google as a "dangerous" permission. So it is bad to suggest that apps using Qt require it.
