Automatically select the correct NDK for Android kits

      Currently Android kits use the default NDK even if incompatible with its Qt version.

      Please change this to select the compatible NDK (or the latest compatible one if many exist) so that people don't have to wonder why their app doesn't run.

      If no compatible NDK exists, show a warning indicating this.
