Deploying to /tmp by default on an embedded device omits plugins

The applications are now deployed on the device to /tmp. This is problematic since if one deploys Qt module that contains plugins those are not found since the default path where Qt tries to find those is /usr/lib/plugins (not /tmp/lib/plugins).
