Debug terminates with message

      Debugging a project does not work. I see the following output in the Application Output terminal:

       

      12:19:17: Debugging ... could not convert 'ruqplaintextedit.cpp' from the host encoding (ISO-8859-1) to UTF-32. This normally should not happen, please file a bug report.
