Initial clang indexing very slow

    Description

      The build directory resides in /tmp, so the indexing has to start again on every restart. It seems that only a single core is used for the initial indexing. If the indexing is interrupted and restarted by "Tool|C++|Update Potentially Stale Clangd Index Entries," it is quite fast.
