[REG dev] "Extra Property Editor Manager" plugin error

    Description

      I've updated from "qt-creator-opensource-windows-x86_64-17.0.0-beta1_33.exe" to "qt-creator-opensource-windows-x86_64-17.0.0-beta1_34.exe" and always get the following error on startup for "Extra Property Editor Manager" plugin: "Value for key "DisabledByDefault" is not a bool".

      The error appears even for disabled plugin too.
