Extend Qt Modules data with the name of the project (identify examples)

Qt Creator shall include the name of the project (last component of the path) alongside the hashed path and list of modules. 

Two concrete reasons: 

• Demo team wants to know how often the individual examples are built. 
• Separating non-customer projects from the listing of users of Qt modules provides a more truthful picture on what modules are utilized in customers projects.
