Shorten title of Extensions page

      The Extensions mode has as title 'Manage Extensions'. This becomes too long in a lot of languages, e.g. German.

      One option is to just shorten the translations. But IMO it would be enough to just call the title 'extensions'. It's somewhat obvious that you manage it there.
