"Re-run this run-configuration" disabled after debugging on iOS

    Description

      Start and finish debugging on iOS (simulator or any device). The "Re-run this run-configuration" button in the Application Output view's toolbar is disabled. It should be enabled like after running, or also after debugging on desktop.
