QmlDesigner: Crash when opening qml file

      Steps to reproduce:

      • create a quick application from template (I've used the compat one, Qt6.4, cmake based)
      • open the qml file in design mode

      Current result:

      • QC crashes due to bad alloc / nullptr of the plaintextedit passed to DesignDocument::loadDocument()
