Timeline: scrollbars appear unthemed

      Have the dark theme running in QC - profile some Qml app or some cmake project (CMake profiler)

      The scrollbars of the timeline appear in light colours. Light & Hybrid theme are fine with this..

      Same is true for cmake profiler and maybe more (haven't checked yet e.g. PerfProfiler).
