Kits for Android are created even though "Automatically create kits for Android tool chains" is unchecked

      The dialog to configure the Android SDK has a checkbox that is supposed to control whether Kits for Android are automatically created. However, regardless of whether the checkbox is checked Qt Creator always creates Kits. When you then manually remove them they are automatically re-created again as soon as you press the "Apply" button (see attached screen capture).

      This is slightly annoying because I have configured my own Android kit with some additional CMake cache- and environment variables, but whenever I configure a new project I have to select the correct one. I'd like there to be only a single Android kit.
