Right Column Margin broken from QtCreator 16

Right margin at column seems to be broken starting from QtCreator 16.
More specifically, changing the zoom on the code changes the margin position, which is not consistent and it is always wrong.

I attached a few screenshots of the same code and cursor position with zooms from 80% to 120%.
The margin is set to 80 columns, and the cursor is at the position where the margin should actually be.

To replicate the issue:

Edit -> Preferences -> Text Editor -> Check "Display right margin at column: " and set '80' as value
Then check the position of the margin, changing zoom with 'ctrl''' and and 'ctrl'+'-'
