新增项目无法新增文件

    Description

      刚新建的项目，怎么无法添加新文件？也试过从文件菜单中新增，在添加到项目选项中，直接被禁用，无法选择当前项目。

      重新新建了好几次项目都这样。

       

      尽可能的中文回复，我的英语很糟糕。
