Cant add cmdbridge-linux-arm64 for docker device creation

I want to add a docker device on macos 14.7.6. Docker desktop seems to not allow selection. Tried to add the app to the virtual paths in docker desktop. no success. then i linked the file to .local/bin but found that i cant change the bindmount used in the device creation commandline.
