Create RTA test for "Qt > Qt Widgets Designer Form Class" file wizard

It uses the C++ wizard backend directly, so it uses different code paths then the other wizards. (The same is true for the "Import Project > Import Existing Project" and "Import as qmake or CMake Project" wizards, but I think one of these is enough for a basic test of the code path.)
