Qt Creator uninstaller should have "Uninstall only" checked by default

After installing Qt Creator with an offline installer, there is the QtCreatorUninstaller app for removing it again.

That should either get rid of the whole "log in and agree to telemetry" page completely, or at the very least have the "Uninstall only" option checked by default, so that would be skippable without manual action for that.
