Steps to reproduce:

• create a Python / PySide project from template
• editor shows an info bar requesting to install PySide - but I don't get asked whether to install the PyLS for this virtual environment
• seems I can do what I want, I cannot get the request - except closing QC and reopening the project (doing this without closing QC does not help, closing the py file and reopening does not help, switching/creating new virtual env does not help)
