What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?

The welcome view is for beginners, overview for everybody - lasting the lifetime of Qt Creator use rather than just getting onboarded. 

What are common use cases?

• New content highlighted
• Easy access to recent projects / sessions
• Recommended content

• Home-mode shall contain a new overview-tab

  • What happens when clicking the account-button? 
  • What is shown under "recommendations"?
    • OPEN Does content change as user consumes it or is the display static? 
• The academy content browser shall use direct linking to courses (after the not-waiting-for-async bug on Academy side is fixed)
• The academy content browser shall use the course-language -attribute to filter out non-english content (skipped unless the user's language is chinese or japanese)
