QT licensing issue

Failed to request license for qtframework:
    Message: Internal server error.
    Status code: 204

On this system the log file path appears to be: "C:\Qt\Tools\LicenseService\qtlicd_log.txt".To bypass the license check entirely, set the environment variable QTFRAMEWORK_BYPASS_LICENSE_CHECK with value 1.
