Make it easier to enable usage statistics and crash reports

On first start, Creator and QDS require the user to explicitly enable crash reporting and usage statistics. It requires 4~5 clicks, and the crash reports option itself is not easy to see. Users are likely to dismiss the status bar or ignore it entirely.

It would make more sense to allow enabling with a single click (with a "no not show again" option) similar to the installer.
