Qt Creator freezes after opening CMake project

    Description

      Qt Creator freezes after opening a CMake project (we have been waiting for more than an hour). Starting with the 16.0.1 version, Qt Creator became unusable for our project. 
      After using git bisect, I have found a commit that causes it:

      A temporary workaround for non-QML projects could be disabling QML plugins:
