Suggestions for installing needed tools and extensions

To improve user experience Qt Creator should able to detect missing tools and extensions and suggest user to install them.

Suggestions could be either handled triggering notifications when the issue is recognised or be part or the project creation workflow.

Where does the installation happen? Do we need to open maintenance tool for that can that be done in the tool itself.
