The Ins key on the numpad does not toggle the overwrite mode in the editor

While the dedicated Insert key works as expected and toggles the overwrite mode in the editor, the Ins key on the numpad (the 0 key) does nothing. When the NumLock is disabled and the numpad is not in the numeric mode, the Ins key should also toggle the overwrite mode, just like the dedicated Insert key.
