Since the last update when creating a function on the header file it's missing the option to create the function in the cpp file, only the options "Add definition Outside class" and "Add definition inside class" are available. Check my own reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/QtFramework/comments/1lzby8f/missing_add_definition_in_cpp/
I have reset the settings, it still happens it also happens in older versions of QtCreatorÂ
