Scrollbar matching text markers incorrectly positioned on Windows 11

      I didn't have this problem on Windows 10.

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Change font Zoom setting to 110% (Edit > Preferences, Text Editor > Fonts & Colours)
      2. Open a large file like https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/blob/main/include/onnxruntime/core/session/onnxruntime_cxx_api.h
      3. Scroll down half way. Select a variable and press Ctrl+F
      Result

      The green markers are in the wrong place on the scroll bar. The matches are currently in the view and so should be within the scroll bar's thumb. Instead, the green markers are positioned outside the thumb, above it.

      Other tickets

      This issue is not related to code folding (QTCREATORBUG-32332). That bug is fixed in 17.0.
