Add placeholder text for overview's recent projects listview

      Currently the "recent projects"-listview in the overview pane is prominently empty for new users. 

      Add a "Create Project ..."-button in the view as a placeholder when there are no projects to list (the same as is used in the header of the Overview-tab. 

      Correspondingly, the same placeholder might be applied to the Projects-view's Projects list (but that is less conspicuous on account of lack of surrounding content).
