It is impossible to remove from a project a file that has been deleted from the file system

      This bug is easy to reproduce.

      Create a simple, not QT C++ Library project.

      Open the source folder in Finder.

      Delete the default .cpp file from the file system.

      Then attempt to delete the file from the project in QT Creator. You cannot. Remove simply fails every time.
