C++ plugins do not have different location for arm64 and x86_64

      I noticed that on Windows when installing a x86_64 plugin for Qt Creator x86_64, after having tested the Arm64 version, it would ask to overwrite the existing arm64 plugin with the x86_64 version ...

      It should be possible to have both architectures working on the same machine.
