Change the order of templates within categorized lists to promote Qt Quick

      In order to promote the Qt Quick, it shall be presented in the template lists as the first item (as opposed to the current situation where Widgets are displayed first). 

      1. Raise "Qt Quick Application" (and its compat-variant) to the top of the list within "Application (Qt)"-category. 
      2. Raise "Qt Quick Application - Empty" to the top of the list within "Application (Qt for Python)"-category.
