Disable Performance Analyzer menus for Windows kits

      Currently, the Performance Analyzer only works on Linux targets. However, the menu options are still available on Windows, which is confusing and raises false hopes/exceptations in users:

      • "Analyze" > "Performance Analyzer"
      • "Preferences..." > "Analyzer" > "CPU Usage"

      These should be disabled when targetting Windows, until support is implemented (QTCREATORBUG-26828)
