Creator/QDS should indicate that device can be "found" but cannot be pinged

      If the Boot2Qt device is in a network where ICMP ping has been blocked there is a way to "reach" it with direct TCP/IP connect e.g. on SSH but Creator won't be able to enable the device as PING does not go through. 

      The way to connect to B2Qt should be done with SSH session, and tunnel everything thru it instead of relying on the other protocols.
