New project dialog doesn't offer to remember target choices

    Description

      Qt Creator offers to create a set of targets when you create new projects. Sometimes, the user could have a set of targets he would always want to create - and having a "Don't show this dialog again" checkbox that would remember the set of targets would make the experience of creating a new project more smooth
