Auto-detect clang-cl from Visual Studio installation

      Our project requires using Clang instead of the Visual Studio compiler. It would be nice of Qt Creator could auto-detect clang-cl.exe that is located in <VC dir>\Tools\Llvm\<arch>\bin if the Microsoft.VisualStudio.Component.VC.Llvm.Clang Visual Studio component is installed.

      Currently Qt Creator seems to only auto-detect clang-cl installations in the PATH outside the Visual Studio installation.
